ALJ Granted SDCP's Motion for Party Status

In an E-Mail Ruling, the ALJ granted SDCP's request for party status to formally contribute to the development of transportation electrification policies for electric vehicle deployment in California.

From the Ruling:

On June 18, 2021 San Diego Community Power (SDCP) filed a motion for party status in the instant proceeding. Formed in 2019, SDCP is a Community Choice Aggregator (CCA) expecting to be fully enrolled in 2022. SDCP began serving customer load in March 2021, and will be one of the largest CCA programs in California once fully subscribed.
SDCP has an interest in this proceeding and is examining ways that it can reduce emissions from the transportation sector through electrification or other means. SDCP requests party status to formally contribute to the development of transportation electrification policies for electric vehicle deployment in California.
Good Cause being shown, the motion of San Diego Community power is granted.
