PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E ("Joint IOUs") filed two concurrent motions. First, the Joint IOUs requested the Commission amend the scoping memo's schedule so that a final decision would be implemented close to January 1, 2024, instead of the current, Q2 2024, scheduled date. Second, the Joint IOUs requested that the time for parties to respond to their motion to amend the scoping memo be shortened. The Commission issued a ruling granting the Joint IOUs' motion to shorten the response time and now party responses to the motion to amend the scoping memo are due, November 4, 2022.
