CalCCA generally supports the IOUs’ proposal for the Pilot, with two exceptions. Specifically, CalCCA protests and requests modification of the Advice Letter to explicitly allow CCA Small Business Customers in disadvantaged communities to participate in the Pilot and require the IOUs to ensure Energy Ambassadors be chosen from local community-based organizations.
