Parties comment on PG&E's Motion to Update its Draft 2021 Renewable Energy Procurement Plan ("Motion to Update"). The Motion to Update proposed scheduling the Tier 2 Advice Letter ("AL") submission of the standard Voluntary RPS pro forma contract to be within 10 days of submission of its Final 2021 RPS Procurement Plan and a separate schedule for submission of a Tier 2 AL of the Market Offer Pro Forma Contract 45 days after submission of its Final 2021 RPS Procurement Plan. SDG&E seeks the same authorization from the Commission. CalCCA comments seek to have both AL submissions no later than 45 days prior to the deadline for LSE elections on voluntary allocations and the IOUs to hold two additional workshops prior to AL issuance.
