The Commission issued a new scoping memo and ruling modifying the procedural schedule in response to Sempra Utilities' motion to amend. Sempra Utilities received a two-week extension to serve their recorded 2022 expenditures and related data. As a result of the extension, the scoping memo and ruling revises other procedural dates.
