CalCCA provided responses to opening comments: (1) the CPUC should reject PG&E's recommendation to wait three years prior to modifying the Arrearage Management Plan ("AMP") and adopt CalCCA's proposals from opening comments; (2) the CPUC should convene a workshop to discuss AMP, payment plans, increasing customer outreach, and disconnections issues; and (3) the CPUC should require that the IOU Medical Baseline Study be updated on a regular basis to ensure timely medical baseline information.
