The Commission has revised the Proposed Decision implementing a CBO Case Management Pilot. Revisions encourage one CCA representative from each IOU service territory to participate in the CBO Pilot Working Group which is tasked with developing a budget, payment structure, and evaluation method. The CBO Working Group must submit a complete proposal in proceeding R. 18-07-005 within 120 days of the issuance of the decision.
