The Proposed Decision ("PD") applies Phase 1 requirements to the small and multi-jurisdictional utilities ("SMJUs"). Southwest Gas Company, Liberty Utilities LLC, Bear Valley Electric Service, PacifiCorp, Alpine Natural Gas Operating Company, and West Coast Gas Company, Inc. will be required to implement residential customer protections and reporting requirements to reduce disconnections and ease reconnections of residential service. This item may be heard, at the earliest, at the CPUC's August 25, 2022 Business Meeting.
