In response to SCE AL 4704-E which sought to update its AMP tariff provision to allow for exceptions for extenuating circumstances to current AMP rules, the Commission issue a ruling directing IOUs to file an AMP status update. The ruling seeks to understand the any barriers the IOUs may be experiencing similar to SCE.
