Pursuant to Decision 20-06-003, the IOUs were ordered to establish numerical enrollment foals for the Medical Baseline Program and describe plans for increased outreach activates to inform eligible customers of the program's benefits as well as how to enroll in the program. Draft Resolution E-5169, approves with modifications, SDG&E's Advice Letter 3589-E which proposes a goal of increasing combined gas and electric Medical Baseline enrollment by 7% in 2021, 8% in 2022, and 9% in 2023.
