The Investor-Owned Utilities ("IOUs") each submitted Monthly Disconnect Data Reports in compliance with Decision ("D.") 18-12-013. Each IOU reported the following number of customers that are 90+ days in arrears: SDG&E - 263,157; SCE - 507,828; PG&E - 642,422.
