Resolution 5114 - Finalizing the Arrearage Management Plan
Res. 5114 approves the program parameters, cost recovery, and reporting frequency of the IOUs to CCAs for the AMP program.
- As of Nov. 1, SDG&E estimates 29,000 customers are eligible.
- The Commission estimates total cost to ratepayers to be in the low tens of missions of dollars, but may be higher.
- Cost recovery will be “socialized” through the PPP charge.
- IOUs to remit payments to CCAs monthly after year one and after funds are recovered via the PPP.
- Weekly AMP data must be sent from the IOUs to CCAs.
