The Percentage of Income Payment Plan ("PIPP") public working group has been scheduled for December 6, 2021, from 2pm -4pm. The working group is set to discuss pilot implementation, eligible zip codes, pilot outreach, long-term pilot design, and electric & gas bill cap.
